Shipping policy

Fine Art Paper Pieces and Prints

 

Small paper pieces will be shipped in plastic sleeve with chipboard backing and placed in a rigid mailer with a Do Not Bend sticker to communicate the importance and fragility of the item to the shipping company. 

 

Larger paper pieces will be shipped wrapped in kraft paper and bubble wrap and placed in a rigid shipping tube to prevent damage during shipping. 

 

Fine Art Canvas Pieces

 

Canvas Pieces will be wrapped in kraft paper and tied with cotton twine and then bubbled wrapped in its entirety. Then it will be placed in a cardboard box with either eco-friendly bio-degradable shipping peanuts, craft paper, or plastic air filled shipping pacs to fill the remaining gaps to prevent damage during the shipping process.  

 

**Note: It is your responsibility to put in the correct address in the shipping address form. If you make a mistake and need to make any changes to the address please get in touch with me via email at info@amylaurenstudio.com as soon as you know so we can make adjustments. If your package gets delivered to the wrong address because you mis-entered shipping information, it will not be the responsibility of Amy Lauren Studio to correct this. 

 

~ All items will be shipped in 7-14 business days via USPS or UPS. You will receive confirmation via email once your item has shipped from the studio with tracking included. 

 

~ At this time I will only be shipping domestically and excluding Hawaii and Alaska. No International shipping.

Amy Lauren reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission of Amy Lauren herself.
